Eva Tarr: founder, director,
programmer and press. Eva was born in Havana, Cuba. She is a graduate
of History of Art and English. She worked for the Women's Film, Television
and Video Network (WFTVN) sponsored by the Greater London Council and
Channel Four. She was later head of development of Icarus Film, then co-owner
and director of Metro Tartan Ltd, and director of Metro Pictures and Metro
Cinemas. She founded the London Latin American Film Festival in 1990.

Pamela Martinez: volunteer
Born in Spain. Studying Film Studies at Birkbeck University and undertaking a work placement at Sight & Sound magazine.
Graduated in History of Art and Journalism from the University of Murcia (Spain). She worked as a freelance journalist for two years, and also worked in radio and TV in Spain. She specialises in Latin American cinema.

Barbara Emsani: volunteer
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Barbara is a filmmaker and graduate in
audio visual production and communication studies.

Lucía Mesado Jarne: intern
Born in Spain. Graduated in journalism at the University of Navarra. She has worked as a journalist in two local newspapers in Spain, Deia (in Bilbao) and Heraldo de Aragon (Zaragoza).

Noemi Cuetos Fernández: intern
Born in Vitoria, Spain. Graduated in Journalism & Audiovisual Communication. She has worked in different Spanish newspapers, a radio, press departments, and several film festivals.

Born in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela. Ronald is graduated in Graphic Design
and Arts and has worked for various Marketing and publication companies

With many years experience working at the BBC's Arena her recent credits
include productions of the South Bank Show, John Lennon's Jukebox, and
the biopic of rock icon Jeff Buckley made for BBC2.

Professional ballet dancer and former member of the National Ballet of Cuba with extensive experience in film, television and radio.

Founding director of One Eyed Films, an independent sales agency in London promoting London Latin American Cinema.
